Mandatory Baseline Criteria
- Use only reusable food-ware on-site.
- Avoid Styrofoam containers.
- Ensure straws, utensils, and takeout bags are not plastic.
- Avoid the usage of plastic bottles.

Optional additional point based criteria:

All seafood is ‘Best Choice’ or ‘Good Alternative’ as defined by Seafood Watch, or no seafood is served 1pt

Proper recycling practices are followed 1pt

Ingredients are sourced locally to reduce carbon footprint and support sustainable farming 1pt

Composting efforts are in place for food waste 1pt

Installation of low-flow faucets and toilets 1pt

Offering drinking water only upon request 1pt

No hosing down outside areas to reduce urban runoff pollution 1pt
