Residents for Resilience created R4R Waterlogged to connect South Florida residents with the scientists, engineers, environmental experts, government leaders and community partners working on the water, flooding, environmental and resilience issues affecting all of us.

Through film screenings, expert panels, community conversations, workshops and educational events, Waterlogged brings important information directly into the community — giving residents an opportunity to learn, ask questions, hear different

perspectives and explore solutions.

Wednesday, November 18, 2026 | Savor Cinema, Fort Lauderdale

Join us for a screening of the award-winning film Descent: Into the Blue, introduced by Emmy-winning director Rory Fielding, followed by an expert panel on the beauty, challenges and hopeful future of Florida's Coral Reef. Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event.
